Hi dear all, hope everyone of you is in the best of what life has to offer to human beings.

I guess a few of you would remember that I had shared the idea of having our own alumni site a couple of years back. Since that time I wanted to make and host this alumni site, but due to some reason or other was not able to do so.

Time, hosting service, or technology (most free server are Linux boxes, running Apache, and don't support Active Server Pages) were the hurdles which prevented me from fulfilling the promises I made to you. But finally I set myself a deadline of 31st Dec 2003 for completing this site. and I guess I have been successful this time, though I leave the final opinion to you.

As far as the hosting is concerned, the site is hosted on a piece of web space owned by one of my companies, so it will remain free from the ubiquitous banner ads (unless off course, I decide to make some money out of it) and moreover, no fear of having the site decimated from the cyber space one fine morning, as is the case with many of the free services.

That's for the process, now that the product is ready, I urge all of you to make the fullest use of it, and see that my efforts don't go waste. I have devoted my time and energy on this site for one single reason: your friendship is something precious for me and I believe everyone of you feels the same.

We can't afford to loose the treasure of friendship just because we are finding it difficult to keep in touch with each other. So lets use this site to get connected again and bring back the bonhomie, the banter and the spirit of togetherness from our college days.

And finally I have one request to all of you: Add your profile, if you feel you belong to this community, and contribute to the Message Board, Member Speak and Photo Album sections. It will not be possible to continue to run this site without your active support.

suggestions are welcome
